After having my new, 2 ton Rheem A/C system installed on march 11, 2014, I found Premier Plumbing & A/C llc certainly deserves it’s “5 star” rating. You are to be commended for employing such honest, friendly, hard working, knowledgeable & dedicated people such as Derrick and Kim. They are both very professional, prompt in calling when they will arrive, very informative, answering my questions and explaining how to operate this new system to me. Those traits are a rare find these days, especially for such a young, ambitious person as derrick. I hope he is well compensated for his efforts in representing your company so efficiently.

Also, I appreciate speaking “directly” to a person when dialing your phone number for service without going through dozens of “automated options”, then, having to wait 20 minutes or more to speak to a rep. Who is some where in india or the philippines whose accent i find difficult to understand with my hearing problems. It is very frustrating to have them hang up when I ask to speak to a rep. In the United States and just give up trying.

George, at premier, has been very helpful in “promptly” replying to my messages left with your answering service. Thank you for not “outsourcing” as so many companies do these days.
